Hello there! My name is Laura. I live in Hagerstown, MD and work as a Registered Nurse. I spend my free time walking, hiking or biking with my pugs, Lizzie and Jojo.
I am an advocate for holistic well-being and passionate about guiding others on their journey to discovering the benefits of yoga.
I have been an avid yoga practitioner since 2008 and a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) holding certifications in Meditation, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Ayurveda. I specialize in relaxation and stress reduction practices.
I am honored to serve my community by offering donation-based classes, workshops, and retreats that promote wellness and connection, either virtual or in-person locally to the Hagerstown, Maryland area.
