Meet Laura
Hello there! My name is Laura. I work as a Registered Nurse and spend my free time walking, hiking or biking with my pugs, Lizzie and Jojo.
I am an advocate for holistic well-being and passionate about guiding others on their journey to discovering the benefits of yoga.
I have been an avid yoga practitioner since 2008 and a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) since 2000 holding certifications in Meditation, Yin yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Ayurveda. I specializes in relaxation and stress reduction practices.
I am honored to serve my community by offering donation-based classes, workshops, and retreats that promote wellness and connection, either virtual or in-person locally to the Hagerstown, Md area.
How do I sign up for a class?
Signing up for class is really, easy.

> Click 'Register"
> Enter your information
> Check the waiver box
> Click "register"
You will receive a confirmation email.
If your class is virtual, your confirmation email will include a link to join.
Do you offer a video library?
Yes! There are over 200 videos in the Video Library! The library is offered as part of the Unlimited Monthly Membership or as a separate Just Video membership if you prefer. Miss a class? No problem, catch up later by viewing the video whenever you would like.
Are there any other options for payment and do you accept tips?
Yes!

What should I bring to class?
I will let you know at the beginning of class what you need. Most props are optional and can be found around the house, such as cushions, thick blankets, yoga blocks or a stack of books, a strap or belt, a chair, the wall, etc....
Wear loose comfortable clothing that will allow you to move around freely.

Insight Timer is an app that offers yoga classes by donation, meditations, relaxing music and more

Do you have a newsletter and how can I sign up?
Yes, I send out a newsletter once a month. It will usually just be a little hello, how are you doing with some information on upcoming offerings. I always like to include a free video practice or recipe exclusive to email subscribers. You can unsubscribe at any time. Sign up here.
I would like to come to class every week, do you have any deals?
Yes, absolutely. There is a monthly membership, where you may come as often as you like. You may also purchase class packs.
How do I sign up for Private Yoga Sessions?
Click Private Yoga Session, then Book Now.
Choose the time and date.
The first meeting will be virtual on Google Meet for 15 minutes for me to get an idea of what you would like to work on. After that we can meet for our 60 minute sessions.
In-person Private Sessions are available for local established clients and can be held at any agreed upon location.
I would like to invite a friend, do you offer gift cards?
Yes. You may purchase a gift card online. A code will be emailed to your friend that they may use towards any offering.
